RETURNS
Acceptance of Terms
The public use of this website, sale of product and use of services are governed by the Terms and Conditions. By using all or any part of the playdrop mats web site, you agree to and are bound by all of the terms set forth. Please take a few minutes to review.
Return and Exchange
If it's not love at first sight, we will guarantee a full refund within 30 days from the order delivery date. Any product returned must be in unused and in its original condition with original packaging including drawstring pouch. So go ahead, see if it's love!
USA and CANADA RETURNS:
Step 1. Please contact us first info@playdropmats.com to receive an RMA#
Step 2. Print your return label
Step 3. Once you have printed the return label, please drop off your package at the nearest Courier location.
Shipping costs of returned items within the 30-Day period are at the expense of the Purchaser. Shipping charges may will apply if an order is mistakenly placed, or the shipping address was entered incorrectly. There are no returns or exchanges on any sale items. playdrop mats will not accept returns if the mats have been damaged by washing mishaps such as blotching, discoloration, shrinkage, misuse, accident, modification, or repair.
We pride ourselves on the quality of playdrop mats, if there is an issue that occurs outside of the 30-Day Guarantee period, please email us at info@playdropmats.com to discuss and resolve any issues.
Wrong address entered
The customer is responsible for entering the correct and complete address at checkout. Any additional costs that arise out of incorrect or incomplete address entry is the responsibility of the customer including replacing the product and the shipping.
Missing, Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order does not arrive, please contact us to investigate. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Receiving your refund
Please be advised that credits can take up to 14-30 days from the day we receive your items in our warehouse. Once your credit is processed it will be put back directly onto your method of payment. If the item is an exchange, we will ship you a new playdrop mat as soon as we receive the returned one.
Sale Items
There are no returns or exchanges on any sale items.
Wrong address entered.
The customer is responsible for entering the correct address at checkout and any additional costs that arise out of incorrect address entry is the responsibility of the customer including replacing the product and the shipping.
Damaged Goods
If the product you ordered arrives in an unusable and/or damaged state, please contact us within three (3) business days so we can move quickly to correct the issue and ship to you a product in good condition or credit you the amount if you wish to cancel your order. If the product is to be returned to us, we will issue a call-tag for pick by our shipping provider, in some cases, to keep carbon emissions to a minimum, we may only require a clear photograph of the damage emailed to us in order to provide proof to manufacturer.
Disputes and Governing Law
Playdrop mats Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Province of British Columbia. All disputes arising from the use of the playdrop mats website and/or this agreement.
